but notice they arent as applauded for their portrayals as africans and brittans of americans
and i dont like it

I think I see his point but it wasn't articulated well and I don't agree anyway. Acting is all about telling someone else's truth and stepping into their shoes.  What did he know about some of the people he's played?

bottom line is...AFRICANS and BLACK BRITISH arent american

so having them portray black americans is a disservice

and also another form of discrimination against blacks especially for awards and stuff

which typically is very specific to the kind of character needed
if its a midget you get one
if its a white girl you get on
if its a aa male u get one
if its a british male u get one
