We were introduced Bey by Destiny but it doesnt define her, it was part a blip that made her who she is. Kelly is known more as Bey's friend than being on Destiny's Child. Ciara was introduced in 2004, then had a no 1 song and multi platinum albums. She hadn't had a hit album for a long time but Ciara has always been in mainstream media and has a hit song every album. Even on social media Ciara has X3 followers than Kelly. How is Kelly popular than Ciara when she makes news because of Bey but Ciara makes news for being Ciara.
