Oh please, give credit where it's due.  Beyonc? broke into an entire Rhythm Nation routine on an award show years back. Some of her sexy routines on tour are very Janet-esque. That long stare she gives the audience after each song is from Janet.  And she names Janet as one of her biggest influences. 

Beyonc? pulls influences from different places and puts it all together and makes it her own thing.  She doesn't do a lot of copying every little thing from the same person like Usher and Chris Brown do Michael.  That's probably why y'all don't see it as much.  But the influence is there.
