COME ON for hitting these IWBD notes tho.  Is that what she was referring to when she said i havent done that in a long time

That was the first thing I noticed when I watched!

I was like, WAIT A MINUTE!

She really is becoming fearless on that stage.

:stressed:

I actually prefer this set up, just her & the band, over the 2 male bg dancers/singers.

Not Brandy and the Roots
Get 2,3 background singers...
They should tour together

I would live

Wtv

yeah, the male dancers is kind of late at this point. for any artist basically. Go all out with a full crew or just go intimate.

I hope she gets more comfortable with singing all her material live.
im my opinion .. i don't even think its a level of comfort as much it is her being a perfectionist..
I will say that her songs are very intricate, unlike most girls..
so i can get why she lips because live doesn't always translate well without a band and completely altering the arrangement..
especially in regard to Afro and Full albums.. and some of 2/11
they are truly TRACK songs...
she would have to one slow down the record for a live setting.. and/or have some very very skilled background singers that are graduates of the school of BRANDY...

So im done giving her shit about lipping a bit
because i finally understand it... MOST TIMES

i think the 2 female dancers just worked better for her.. it just added a lil push because she didn't have to dance all the time she always had the back up... the guys just aren't cutting it and they look late.. half of it they are lipping or messing up the dance steps, I just don't see the point.. get two ladies as back up dancers or go the intimate route
