It's not about "typos" hun. You're focusing on that as her only strand of innocence but ignoring the deceit of her actions. Her lawyers prepared the documentation for her. It's how she got the documents sealed privately to keep them hidden from the public and then not have Apollo served. And then had a divorce decree filed on December 5, 2016 but was claiming that she was divorced prior to then while filming the show.

It's not tea, it's not breaking news. Because anyone with a lick of sense and discernment has seen for years that Phaedra was and has been a trifling low down southern fraud. From trolling prison yards for a thirst bucket husband, to lying about delivering a 10lb baby 5 months early, and now claiming she was divorced months before she even filed an official divorce decree and ever had it signed and stamped by a judge.

I don't think anyone was expecting anything more out of this then her being called out as a liar and deceitful.

It's her fans who put up a redundant argument and then go "oh well atleast she's not in prison...yet".

Phaedra (Petitioner) claimed that the misspelling of the parties' last name was a scrivener's error. The court said Nita and not Nida was consistently used in all the documents. The court further said that Phaedra signed P. Creonta Nita on the verification. The court ruled that "this consistency (using false names), coupled with efforts to seal the file, renders the Petitioner's assertion in that regard "untenable." In order words, Phaedra you got busted trying to scam the court. Phaedra is barred from submitting any other motions under this filing. This allows Apollo to file the documents in the correct name.

Just a follow up for those who thought it was just a typo and she would get away with it.
