simply mutilating your genitals to appear like another gender is not changing it
from MTF a uterous wont grow neither will fallopian tubes or a cervix nor will they have a period

for FTM they wont grow testicals or a penis or a prostate

U can have surgery to alter your appearance not change your sex that is genetic like race is
