so i called her and the ad says must make $1600 or more
and sso i said so what are the additional requirements
and she said do you have the deposit? i dont eveen show the property untill u have that I said i will most likely have it on my next payday
she say well you need the $800 to apply i said is that basically it? (meaning is that the only requirement)
she says AND I NEED FIRST MONTHS RENT OF COURSE
and she was like are u a smoker?
i said no then she was like well we have a alot of smokers in the other units its pretty smokey

then she said well once you get the deposit call us back

firstly the deposit mess is bs like since when do you need 800 dollars to put in an application and see the property
secondly she made it seem like i was only trying to give the deposit when i was asking about the other requirements when i was trying to find out more about the unit is it gas electric heat included all that jaz
then why ask if i smoke like they dont want smokers only to say its very smoky and other tenants smoke
she had that condescending tone like she had a kkk card in her purse
