They are actually being tested the LEAST

White male young adults were the least likely to be tested, with a 22.8% testing rate.

i remember we talked about this

it makes sense too, when i was hanging around this girl all her white gay friends talked like hiv was this fairy tale thing. 

then a year or so ago she let slip 2 of them are positive.

it was like a group of 7 fags she hung around frequently

I found out this guy I liked went to prison for knowingly spreading AIDS, on top of being a total con artist, so for me I just dont think I could work up the nerve to have raw sex in a relationship. I would just hope that is not a deal breaker for some men.
