Sam Smith Says New Album Isn't Going to Drop Anytime Soon



Need more Sam Smith?

Well, save for his upcoming Spectre theme song (which drops Sept. 25), Smith says there won't be any follow up to In the Lonely Hour for a bit.

"I'm writing when I want to. So when bad things happen in my life, I'm going into the studio and writing about them," Smith told OK. "I'm excited, but it's not going to be anytime soon. I think people are going to get bored of me if I carry on. I'm just trying to make it the most honest work I've ever done."

Time to put on "I'm Not The Only One" and cry. Again.
