No one was discrediting her though. The Bey's are the ones trying to discredit all the accomplishments of these other artists but at the end of the day Brit still sold fuckin more. That's it lolz.

Hhhjjjj

Tbh. Give her another 5 solid years. By then, can't see myself giving middle aged Brit stan and on forums arguing about success that happened in 1999.

Like where is Mood Ring, Better, Liar etc?

She has more than enough money to fund all of those videos

Just lazy

That's why Bey outlasted ha

DEAD @ outlasted when Bey is still playing catch up to Brit in sales.

Catch up to 1998 sales sis?

Can we step into 2017?

Or step into 2003 where DIL effortlessly wiped the floor with In The Zone.

If bey would've had a solo album during the buy 10 albums for 1$ cd book club sales shed have insane numbers too.

Britney ain't even going plastic these days.

Yeah album sales comparisons should always be adjusted based on where the overall market was during the time of its release.

Lemonade was the #3  highest selling album of 2016, if you adjust that to a 1998 sales climate the #3 album that year was Garth Brooks "Seven" album which sold over 10 million copies.

Bee would have slayed hard in sales in the 1990's cause her legions of haters who follow her every move would have had to buy her shit and not download/stream.

It's everyone guys. I just tried making a list. Like, just take some of the bigger names she outlasted:

Alicia Keys
Britney Spears
Christina Aguilera
Usher
Lady Gaga
Rihanna
Jennifer Lopez

All these artists are still around .... :plzstop:

Ashanti is "around" and clearly...

Outside of Rih everybody on that list is a flop.

LOONA.

And she has outlasted everyone before, during and after her generation.

Don't really care who takes whatever as shade because that's just your insecurity speaking.

!!!

Bey sold over a million units in the US alone for Lemon'. The longevity

Rihanna certainly didn't do it

Opposites Attract.

and Bre, I love you but Britney has 4 albums that has sold under 1 million units. Yes the girls rush out to her little shows (for nostalgia purposes) but her popularity is definitely diminished.

The way Britney's 1998 sales are being brought up kinda proves my point that at one point in time Brit was a force but Bey OUTLASTED her

:ummwhat:

Agreed. I said all of this earlier. But outlasting and outperforming are two different things.

I Just don't get why yall be so smug about surpassing an artist who doesn't really care or put effort into being successful anymore. One who has accomplished feats that still haven't been surpassed.

BAPHOMET.

If Britney didn't care she wouldn't bother to shoot vids and promote  :ummwhat: now if she just released albums and did nothing more for them then I'd  agree.  She has just accepted that she'll never sell a million copies again (something her fans have yet to do) not "don't care"
