They should just be done with pageants like these period and just have it be inclusive of everyone because of things like this. As soon as u attach a label to it, it becomes a problem.

I just don't understand that when comes to beautiful black women and their lists 9 out of ten are hardly black. If you make a point to label it black beauty, make it at least so that actual black people have a chance at competing. Cause a dark Bantu woman will never live up to a Halle type face and she shouldn't have to be measured by that. These girls are mulato beauties or beauties period. They can be socially and culturally black. But beauty is about phenotype not ancestry nor culture.

Here's the thing. All of us if we were in attendance at this pageant wouldve been giving this chick the side eye, even a little bit.
