I think everyone except for Young pretty much agrees that her outfits don't seem age appropriate,

They seem that way because she looks younger than 15.

Yes she wears women's clothes sometimes and sometimes she wears really young teen clothes. Majority of the time it's only on red carpets where's she GLAMMED up tryna to serve an ahead of time fashion mess

And to him it looks crazier because she's soooo young looking
