Most of my emails are simply illustrating what has happened and asking for clarification on procedural stuff. I should be able to do that

I mean I get it i really do
and ive double checked stuff before i send it
but there are times where they make me sound like I made something up or im overstepping my bounds by telling a customer something
when ive double and sometimes triple checked with management first before i quoted the customer something and they still try to say i just fucked up and im not having that

Yeah everyone has business skype
and we use it cause  supervisors want to keep the lines clear for supervisor calls  so they say im first before you call
its convenient cause everyone works in 4 diff buildings
