I can see where he's coming from as an actor myself. He doesn't want to be typecasted and play the same roles over and over. But yeah, FF4 was atrocious but that was mainly because of the writer/director of the film. He was a nightmare to 20th Century Fox. He was extremely egotistical and rude to everyone at 20th Century Fox, they wanted to push the movie back at one point and he blew a fuse. He's a crazy fucker. And as for the James Blake situation, the cop that slammed him in front of the hotel that he was staying at has a history of abusing his power and treating people like crap for no reason. There have been numerous complaints against him. Which is why the NYPD sent his ass to desk duty with the quickness, he's going to be fired very soon thanks to NPR doing an investigative report on him back in 2013. That's what happened with the James Blake situation so it's not the same thing.
