Quote from: Herb. on September 27, 2015, 05:15:49 PMIf you don't care, then there's no point in mentioning the disregard of black trans killings. You've admittedly disregarded them yourself, so who are you to point out who should be regarding them, when you're of the same background and don't even care.

I guess because me being gay hasn't been a burden for me it's easier to overlook.Yea I can understand thatMostly because it can be "hidden" to a certain extent so we escape a lot of the injusticesBut I look back and feel bad about all the out kids in high school and how bad they got treated. And I escaped that,BUTwhat if everybody knew what me and the defensive end we're doing in the teams hot tub after workouts?!I would've gotten dogged out just as bad as those kidsFrom now on, even tho I'm not socially clockable, I don't deal with ppl who are hateful in general or slight any group of ppl. Fair is fair

Quote from: SCOTTland on September 27, 2015, 04:39:00 PMHow are black gays not apart of the LGBT community? I thought we were ALL apart of it, no matter the race.

I don't pretend to be an activist. Then back pedal and say I don't care. It's contradictory.

I don't pretend to be an activist. Then back pedal and say I don't care. It's contradictory.I don't care. I don't identify with the LGBT community and it's a known fact that I don't understand the trans community. We've had countless convos on this subject so there is no back peddling. I simply used that as an example of the racism within that community. At the end of the day, I'm a gay man but I'm also black. When I fill out forms or dealing with people there isn't a box asking me if I'm a homosexual or not. So that's not a concern of mine. Neither are you at this point. I don't feel like talking to you tbh
