I've always been a shy person since my childhood. It's gotta better with age but when I'm in large crowds I fuckin freeze up

Absolutely. I've never really been shy, but you can try different things that may pull you out of ur comfort zone, and once u face those fears, normal settings may not seem like such a task.

It's not even normal settings I have problems with. I'm just naturally a low key mysterious awkward person. Like when I meet people for the first time I don't give too much and I think my friends considering it as me being "stand-offish" whenever they introduce me to someone 
But it's just how I am. I open up at my own pace I think.

speaking from experience

yes it is something to grow out of but my love for singing and the arts helped
and practice with giving presentations and an acting class helped me

also barney taught me that the things that used to bother me really arent so scary at all no theyre not so scary at all
