Lew you have GOT to do better. This movie is most DEFINITELY going to open doors for Black film makers to venture in larger and more grand films such as Black Panther. This is going to do WONDERS. Nothing like it before.
Sure Black lead movies like Blade and such happened before but this is on a whole different level and you're CRAZY if you don't see it.

the doors are already open thankx to tyler , lee, spike , f gary gray, john singleton, and antoine fuqua so im not seing the reverse game changing and door opening because marvel is involved

they dont have much to loose which is why wonder woman finally got her mess (after her story was tested in batman vs superman and whyblack pather finally got the mess (after it was tested a bit in capatain america)

Yeah, there's never been a major motion picture that was helmed by black actors and also of the fantasy genre. When this succeeds it will not only open the door for black actors (of all shades) to get leads in major films that aren't about slavery/gangs, but it'll allow younger black kids to see themselves in these characters and hopefully aspire to never settle for less.

The teaser trailer for Black Panther, Marvel Studios? upcoming movie based on the character created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, generated 89 million views in the first 24 hours of its debut.

The spot debuted Friday during the first quarter of Game 4 of the NBA Finals on ABC. It was then released on various social media platforms.

The numbers are welcome news for Marvel as it shows strong interest in the upcoming stand-alone film, which is a gutsier venture for the studio that has in many cases relied on the familiarity of its main cast of Avengers to float its stand-alone pics. The 89 million-view figure includes the 19 millions views from those watching the NBA Finals.

While the trailer for Thor: Ragnarok is Marvel and parent company Disney?s most-watched ever (with 136 million views), Black Panther lands in the top 3 of most-watched Marvel trailer content.

Black Panther surpasses the views for teasers for top Marvel and Disney-released movies such as Captain America: Civil War (61 million), Star Wars: The Force Awakens (55 million) and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (52 million).

Black Panther was also massive on Twitter, generating 349,000 mentions in 24 hours. It generated more mentions than the NBA game during which it debuted, second only to the launch of the Star Wars: The Last Jedi teaser.
