I'm so glad I don't have to worry about our tap water. It's highly controlled and clean, and we use it for everything.

and i discovered its the whole ph balance/alkaline thing

switched waters and its amazing
still guzzle a dasani for the taste once in a while tho

but i use a zero water filter

it still works for hydration and mildly restoring electrolytes
just does nothing to balance acidity

which depending on your normal alkaline/acidity levels you may not feel the effects right away

but if your body gets to a point where it is really acidic that water is gonna do more harm than good
