There's no such thing as "black on black crime." Thats some shit thats been planted in your heads by the media. You ever hear of white on white crime or Chinese on Chinese crime? No. It's just crime. And statistically, people who live/work/etc in the same communities are more likely to commit crimes against each other simply because of proximity. It has very little to do with race. And I won't even touch on the socio economic factors at play.

The bottom line Is, is crime in urban communities something to be addressed? Absolutely. Does it have anything to do with police brutality or BLM? Hell no. It's just another way to shift focus from the real issues.
!!!!!

It's just an invalid argument and it discredits the good that has come from Black Lives Matter.

Asians, hispanics and whites UNIFY as a whole and pass down wealth and equity. Hispanics and asians also marry and start businesses in their communities and STILL have an overall lower muder rate than blacks.

Black people kill each other and dont have much to show for it

Thats your problem. Worrying about other races. Fix the main issues

You have some deep rooted self hate stuff going on.

#BLM has nothing to do with "black-on-black" crime.
I think Stevie means well, but needs to reconsider his approach

Yes,I agree with Stevie. We say Black Lives Matter but beat someone for their personal sexual orientation, Kill trans, Judge each other over religion, class and education, We still haven't come together truthfully inspite of our own individuality, Meanwhile where falling for Reality TV, and the next shady move someone else makes. There is still Black on Black crime where I live because of these flaws
People on here fronting like its all peaches and cream in black neighborhoods :dead:

You would literally get gunned down being a black man walking into the wrong black neighborhood

But let a white man walk through it and he's untouched

The way black people are constantly painted as villians by the media AND black people

"Ugh, cant do anything with blacks!"

"ugh! black people"

Its exhausting constantly seeing this shit

:dead: :dead: :dead: :dead:

Black Americans are literally the only people I ever see doing this.

:dead: :dead: :dead:

But I can't say I don't see the opposite either.

Whenever something good happens to a black person they will claim that also.

oh gorls.

Josh would get the business. Probably quicker than Daquan would because Josh would be seen as an easier target that probably won't fight back. and if he did, he'd get smoked.

only difference is that we won't know because Josh knows better than to walk down the street of the wrong neighborhood at 2AM while Daquan feels more secure and at-home in it.

Jayden: i already addressed it. Everybody kills. But once again, while you worried about the asians and latinos, they STILL have higher marriage rates, higher business rates and higher homeowning rates. Lower murders too.

And they arent being harassed by the cops as much as blacks, so again why are we worried about them?

Hey,

Self hate can also be exhibited by buying into or internalizing the same messages that are typically used to oppress, disenfranchise, or denigrate other groups of people.  Your discourse is one that can be found in any comments section online. You can't say you're aware of all of the systematic issues Black people face then kinda blame them for symptoms that derive from these same issues. Crime and/or the lack of unity is one of these things.

Also, as real mentioned all groups of people kill folks that belong to the same group. It's about proximity not a disregard for others who look like you.

I think the problem is that this is being seen as a blacks-targeting-blacks thing when its simply crime occurring amongst Blacks because they're in closer proximity to one another and poverty is crazy.

In NYC, you see a lot of Black on Hispanic crime as well, it's not about skin color or ethnicity, it's about living in the fucking hood and knowing that you better put that brand new iphone away until you get your ass home.

it don't matter if you're Black or White lolz :woohoo:

But we already established that all races kill.

But the difference is blacks are at the totem pole of damn near everything. Even latinos passed us up and most of them are illegals.

Blacks arent unifying enough (dont care what faux story any one here says, look at the damn numbers) to tackle these problems aggressively as much as they are doing it for a blm protest.

Thats all im saying

Rxxf

We have a lot of untangling and rebuilding to do.
My grandparents were alive when MLK was killed.  That's recent.

People weren't mentioning "black-on-black" anything in recent years/prior to #BLM, so why say it now?
