you can't clump all minorities together and compare where they are in the race

you really think DaQuan would've started selling drugs in the 60's if he had the same struggles as Diego and Soo Yung?

Yes,I agree with Stevie. We say Black Lives Matter but beat someone for their personal sexual orientation, Kill trans, Judge each other over religion, class and education, We still haven't come together truthfully inspite of our own individuality, Meanwhile where falling for Reality TV, and the next shady move someone else makes. There is still Black on Black crime where I live because of these flaws
People on here fronting like its all peaches and cream in black neighborhoods :dead:

You would literally get gunned down being a black man walking into the wrong black neighborhood

But let a white man walk through it and he's untouched
!

Why am I not surprised :plzstop:

There's no such thing as "black on black crime." Thats some shit thats been planted in your heads by the media. You ever hear of white on white crime or Chinese on Chinese crime? No. It's just crime. And statistically, people who live/work/etc in the same communities are more likely to commit crimes against each other simply because of proximity. It has very little to do with race. And I won't even touch on the socio economic factors at play.

The bottom line Is, is crime in urban communities something to be addressed? Absolutely. Does it have anything to do with police brutality or BLM? Hell no. It's just another way to shift focus from the real issues.
Asians, hispanics and whites UNIFY as a whole and pass down wealth and equity. Hispanics and asians also marry and start businesses in their communities and STILL have an overall lower muder rate than blacks.

Black people kill each other and dont have much to show for it

Thats your problem. Worrying about other races. Fix the main issues

You have some deep rooted self hate stuff going on.
she didn't even address your points  :dead:
For REAL:
How do I have self hate when I said unify? Everytime a black person speaks on the truth of our communities they are always a coon or have self hate. No I just realized the shit you closed minded fucks dont want to admit

Hey,

Self hate can also be exhibited by buying into or internalizing the same messages that are typically used to oppress, disenfranchise, or denigrate other groups of people.  Your discourse is one that can be found in any comments section online. You can't say you're aware of all of the systematic issues Black people face then kinda blame them for symptoms that derive from these same issues. Crime and/or the lack of unity is one of these things.

Also, as real mentioned. All groups of people kill folks that belong to the same group. It's about proximity not a disregard for others who look like you.
will you marry me?

We have a lot of untangling and rebuilding to do.
My grandparents were alive when MLK was killed.  That's recent.

People weren't mentioning "black-on-black" anything prior to #BLM, so why say it now?
"black on black crime" has actually always been a saying in the Black community.

No shade but didn't we coin it? :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

"We gotta stop this Black on Black crime!"

So I won't say that its something recently introduced....

I'm not saying that it's NEW
I know it's been said.

But why is it a counter response? Or IMPORTANT enough to address now?

Let #BLM be it's own thing, is my point.

And would people be saying it now, as much, if #BLM wasn't in existence?

Its a counter reponse because black people are putting more effort into begging (not even fighting) white racists that we matter but not putting that same effort into convincing their OWN!

No one was checking to see if that stopped in the communities by the 00s, IMO.
And I don't see anyone is trying to stop it now.  At least it doesn't feel like it.

I know the issues we face in "our community".
I'm not enthused about it.
We don't unify as much as we should.  That's my opinion.

But I don't want THAT issue to overshadow the #BLM issue.

To me when I hear it...

It sounds like... stop killing each other FIRST, and then you can justify a white cop killing a black man and getting away with it.
