A lot of Latinas are mixed with Black.
African roots are part of the heritage. If you look up DNA results of any Dominican/PR, etc. it's all there.
So they face a lot of the same challenges of colorism and texturism . Look up "Pelo Malo".

This is why she's calling out BOTH hispanic and Blacks in that vidya. She clearly knows how it works on both sides.

Saying someone is Latina isn't saying they don't have Black in them.
