JCJ.

she's using her lower register like never before :stressed: She's never sounded this....AMAZING! Yeah, that's it.

Zankou.

Jeremeh

Shockingly terrible beats. I really like No Sleep though.

I guess because she's not singing over trap beats it sucks to most of ya'll lol.
Janet was never the type to follow trends.

Yeah, our ears have been so dumbed down over the years that its difficult for some to enjoy real instruments, actual production, vocal placements, and lyrics unrelated to sex and materialism.

If she was singing about how cunt her pussy was over simple knock ft. Nicki they would possibly think it was the greatest thing ever
yeah so excited ft khia was nothing like that

:udontlookok:

Why are you talking about 2000andwhatever? This is 2015 and thats what In refering to.

She is clearlin a different space so what relevancy does a song with Khia have?

Im saying we listen to a bunch of watered down music and our ears become a custom to that sound. Its not that the music is bad....its just not on the wave of the trap/fag musuc thats popular. So it sounds.....bad to those who enjoy that kind of music.

m

but you think that One Direction has "great" songs

Yes One direction has great songs for THEIR intended audience and fanbase. They came out in the 2010's.

Janets music is great for HER intended audience and fanbase. If she would be chasing Rihanna's fan base with knock and leans it would be foolish....but thats what some people wanted. Janet is from the 80's I think she did a great job at doing HER!

This era is here to stay.

I really don't understand why the girls want Janet to fail so badly but it's not going to happen. After nearly a decade of being blacklisted and shunned she's kind of risen from her ashes and reminded the world who she is. I don't mean to bring race or sex into this but for a black woman to do this is fucking huge. That's what excites me about this era the most.

It's okay to not like certain songs your fave releases guys
20 Y.O. wasn't that great either.

:everythingok:

Tell them.

I know these gorls be fleeting on weekends with 20 Y.0. playing in the background.

:takeallofme:

:dead: :dead: :dead: but that fucking album slayed from beginning to end Take Care and  Enjoy>>>>>>>> Do It 2 Me is pure eargasm
Half of 20 Y.O. was epic just like half of Discipline was epic. Combine the good songs from each album and you have a classic, stellar Janet album.

she's indie and she has a fanbase who will buy her music...aside from her debut album Janet albums have all been RIAA certified and i have no doubt this one will be as well
