I told these dykes their policies were harming the community and they said I was too aggressive

I was 1 of 3 Black men in the org.


I got them back by emailing their funders all the mess

Yeah I knew once I butted heads with the CEO and director they'd try to push me out. Our grant was up in September and I don't trust white ppl.They couldnt enact punitive actions against me because I was one of the best employees so they tried to withhold my raise. Had to leave on my terms or wait until they found a way to replace me.

well apparently there should be things that we're adding to the conversation that we're not, so im asking for Gen to speak on it. Gen does a good job of telling us what we aint doing and what aint working but has YET to offer a viable solution
