He should have went to the Health Department and/or Police so that a proper investigation can be done. I didn't watch the entire video but if he or a friend was indeed put in this situation they can and should press charges. I hope they have proof that he did not disclose his status because the person in this video can have charges against them and/or sued if he did indeed disclose his status or was unaware of his status at the time of sex.
