I think it's possible.

She is doing Coachella in April. 

I was doing a little timeline comparison mess the other day.  She did the Super Bowl exactly 1 year and a month after Blue.  And the tour started 1 year and 3 months after Blue.

I think the album will drop in 2018.  2019 at the absolute latest.

Oh, and just to add...

It's never the recording process which tends to be long.  I remember Dream said there are always "multiple albums" being made at once.  And the sounds always ends up changing.  She can record super fast.

But lately, it's the visual aspect and presentation that tends to take months to get together.
