This very true and I've actually seen very out Africans who act very feminine and they're not shamed.

Well acting compassionate and affectionate, being flamboyant and extravagant has always and still is very embraced. It is literally the sexual act that is frowned upon, not acting "effeminate" from my experience. I could move my hips and wrists however I choose among Africans and listen to any music too.

In Nigeria all they care about is money. At least in the south, Biafraland. You can act as frivolously as you want and break biblical law, it does not matter as long as you have money. Money is the source of all social leverage there.
