Belks policy is that you can use your drivers license if you don't have the card. I overheard the black bitch saying i was trying to steal. I walked right up and went off

I called my lawyer immediately and belks contacted me a week later informing me that the employee had been terminated.  They added a 1000 dollar credit to my acct.

I won't usually argue with people, unless it just takes me there. I'm good for a "what's your name?" and an email to corporate.

When she called security and then management did not really say anything I was fuming. Even when I called the credit line ppl they were like what is her problem. The customer service agent had me get her name and filed a complaint as well bc she verified my ID and told her to process the transaction and she said NO

I haven't always worked as a medic I was a emt before I worked as a medic.

I struggled just like everybody else I had a house, cars and everything else at the time and they stepped in when I was in college to help me out.
