I called my lawyer immediately and belks contacted me a week later informing me that the employee had been terminated.  They added a 1000 dollar credit to my acct.

I sure did ....she was telling multiple ppl i was trying to steal trying to embarrass me in front of her co-workers and other customer's. She called security on me telling them i was trying to commit fraud.

She had my driver license only thing she had to do was call the credit line but she refused.  I called the credit line for her they told her it was my card and to ring it up. She said NO

Honestly i should have. At the time I was working full time, interning and flying back and forth to Tampa for grad school. i didn't have the time nor energy to invest in that. I was already wanting to quit school due to stress.
