I wonder how I would have handled a suicidal friend now at this age.

I used to be friends with this guy who almost always was crying and talking about ending it all. Back when i was 17. I used to try to talk him down.

But it honestly became too much. I remember I was out having a good time and he called me on that bullshit. I completely removed him from my life.
I didnt even care if he killed himself at that point.

This same thing happened to me while i was in college.  I didn't even know if my friend was serious or not but i knew he was an attention seeking ass niggga.  I was sleep and he called me at like 2 in the morning. I was honestly not the one for him to call because i pretty much knew it was all bullshit. I hung up on him

I feel like people who do this are doing it for attention, but I don't think it means they're a bad part necessarily. They could be doing it for likes just for likes or they could be hiding out in the open. Like he's letting you know how he really feels, but he knows people are just gonna take it as a joke or not look into it.
