Yea I think Kandi and Tiny's following outside of Xscape helped

Opposites Attract.

How did the show portray them? Coko still sung the majority of their last album Lee was still mute.

Ask Coko that. She's the one who said it was the worst decision they ever made. I, for one, thought they were fine. I never got a negative perception of them during the reality show.
Oh I definitely agree. It was stupid to end it right before the release of their best album. I'm guessing it had a lot to do with money because I just can't fathom.

For some reason, it seems like Xscape's reunion has more buzz behind it, than SWV's did, and SWV had a bigger impact than they did.

But I think Xscape's reunion is paced better.

True, but Kandi and Tiny have remained relevant in pop culture since their groups disbanded.  Everyone knows Kandi from years on RHOA, and Tiny from years with TI.  People were invested.  I think that's the biggest difference. Plus, they used big platforms like the BET Awards to return.

Plus they wrote hit singles for two of the biggest girl groups of all time.
