Tinashe has obtained a restraining order against an allegedly obsessed fan.

The ?2 On? singer claims that the 25-year-old fan, who is named Martin Murphy, traveled from Boston to Los Angeles because he believes they are married. According to TMZ, she thinks he could hurt her.

In legal documents, Tinashe claims that Murphy drove from Boston to L.A. in June and that he now resides close to the R&B singer and her parents? home. He is also allegedly trying to reinstate his license to carry a firearm.

Murphy?s father reportedly believes he is also a danger to the singer. In a declaration, he said that his son ?suffered a psychotic break and is unable to distinguish reality from fantasy.?

A judge agreed with the declaration and Murphy must now stay more than 100 yards away from Tinashe.
