That's why it's illegal in many countries.  A woman's womb essentially being held hostage to a contract or money in the event that she changes her mind about going through with a pregnancy.  or how the couple would feel entitled to essentially micromanage and harass the woman over her body because they're ~paying for the right.

There was a story recently of an australian couple that used a commercial surrogate in India (the surrogate was Thai and ONLY 21 YEARS OLD) and abandoned the baby and the mother when the child was born with down syndrome. It was so disgusting.

She also had some "doctor" take an xray of her butt to prove it was real on the show.  To me any doctor who says let's get radiated for such a trivial reason is sketchy.  Then, it doesn't prove if you've had booty injections, anyway.
