The way I yelped when Jukebox had to clock Tariq  I can't stand that lil nigga hes so disrespectful  I could have swore Tommy was going to die and I was legit happy af  but that bastard leaves to see another day  But the way they killed Julio had me like damn why him and not Dre? He will get  his next episode it looks like tho The way Holly's uncle gave a unbothered mess when explaining why he fucked her at 9 This show gets me screaming every episode this was the best episode of the season I cannot wait for next week

Honestly I don't know how to use the spoiler tags tbh So trust me I didn't do it to be messy but I agree with you it was good to see Anika in another role this challenging. I could have swore when Ghost revealed he was tied up she knew their game but I guess not. The way they cut Julio was so wrong and yes I felt him struggle and for him to get 90% there was heartbreaking but hey it is what is is  But I hope Dee's death is so guys I wanna run outta my seat  I also saw a theory on Facebook that I nebwt thought of before. If stated that maybe Kanaan took such a liking to Tariq because maybe him and Tasha fucked around on ghost and maybe Tariq is his son If so I will be floored

First of all, Ghost killing the CO and them covering it up with that bullshit ass story 

A man being accused of killing a federal agent kills a CO in cold blood and gets away with it? plea'! I'm pretty sure his DNA would have been all over the weight and the security cameras in the hallway would have shown him being the last person alone with Charlie Murphy's character.

Anyway, the writing has moments where it could be ingenius, but it gets bogged down by the unnecessary sex scenes and half ass performances by most of the cast. Ghost and Angela are the only decent actors on the whole damn show. At this point, I'm only watching to ogle at Omari every chance I get.

I do agree with you for the most part.  The Wire is one of my favorite shows ever (if not my favorite), and this pales in comparison.  It has its moments where it could really be brilliant, like you said, but they always miss the mark.  I've been enjoying this season, though.  Way less sex and more of a story.

PLEASE!     Whoever did the casting for The Wire is incredible.  I don't think I ever saw anyone on the show that couldn't act.  Even down to the kids!  And I've never seen a show tell such a complicated & intricate story so seamlessly over so many seasons without it ever feeling unbelievable.  They were so committed to the story, and when it was your time to go, it was your fucking time go!  UGH!  Love that show.    Meanwhile, I'm watching Naturi struggle through these lines every single week.
