$25 million is a lot for Disney.  They are cheap as hell.

Not to mention, Nala is not even the main character.  And it's voice over animation work.  Apparently, Will Smith is getting $15-$20 million for Aladdin.

The biggest win for her is the soundtrack on her own label, but I'm sure it'll be a joint venture somehow with Disney Records.
