After 2 years at a 4 year university for a business degree, I've decided to transfer and start over. Hopefully this will make me a better singer, and performer. After I get my AA I do plan to go back for my BA in music but I want to take things one step at a time!

Wish me luck  :letsmessfag:

I don't think you need the degree for the type of career you seem to want
but I'll never knock a man for getting educated, maybe you'll get some connections in there
Good luck

Thanks that really means a lot!

I would've stuck to the business degree. Especially if you're two years in. The 2nd year is the hardest year anyway.

These music / performing arts studies imo are more geared towards ppl that want to venture into theatre and Broadway.

Good luck tho.

Well it might be the right choice then. A degree behind your name will ease you into the auditions. It's all about who you know that knows somebody that knows somebody in that business.
