HBO have a rich history with all things music and this Fall are reportedly set to add another chapter courtesy of Lady Gaga.

A British newspaper has revealed that Mother Monster is gearing up to premiere an unfiltered documentary on September 22nd.

Per the report:

?This the first time Gaga has offered no-holds-barred access like this.

And the past 12 months have been huge for her.

?She made her comeback with her fifth album last October, split from her fianc? Taylor Kinney and broke into the acting world with American Horror Story.

The film will cover all these pivotal moments in a very candid fashion.?

Word is that the 31-year-old?s team were initially looking to unveil the doc at the Cannes Film Festival in May but it ?took longer than anticipated? to complete.

Should Gaga go through with the fly on the wall flick via HBO, it wouldn?t be her first time working with the network. She previously aired her ?Monster Ball Tour? special in 2011.
