The thing is, if it's true I would be so sad to see her go but I'm not upset about it.
She has done everything there is to do in music, and she has nothing left to prove.
She's married, happy, and in a completely different place in her life.

At some point you just want to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

where long after their prime they can still go on and release little albers here and there
she's more of a pop icon than a vocalist. and every release she does will have huge expectations
i can understand her bowing out at this time. but i think she felt the need to give her fans this one last experience.
