Honestly, it was obvious after "DOWN" went for radio adds a week after it was released on iTunes instead of impacting right away.  They didn't even get a Clear Channel deal, which is unusual for main pop acts at labels in 2017.  And then the budget for both music videos has been incredibly low. 

And why would they throw out a release date and album so early for a project that failed to produce  a hit single?  And then on top of that, there still is not a 2nd single.

I still stand by the fact they are getting them out of the way, so they can focus entirely on Camila.
