Most public gyms are disgusting to me in general.  And I've been a member of quite a few over the years.  I have a membership at a private gym right now, and tbh, I don't really love it that much.  I've been to certain Planet Fitness locations that are on par with gyms that SHOULD be better.

It's best to invest in your own workout equipment, and these days, I work out mainly at home.

But I do have to hit the gym for mostly building.  And I just started a spin class that has been kicking my ass!  Soul Cycle is no fucking joke.

I like university gyms the best. No shady contracts or ironclad commitments.

I go to Lifetime Fitness. Really nice. Basketball court, indoor track, indoor tennis court, restaurant, salon and spa.

Those 75 a month or so worth it. 24/7 365.
