Yep.  It was for her album.  She did a different song for Dream's album that had a Boy George sample, but for whatever reason, that makeup wearing fag wouldn't clear the sample.  So, Dream asked Bey could he just have that.  And he added a verse to it.  It was originally just her and 2 Chainz.

"On The Run" was a solo song before Jay hopped on it too.

She had a lot of music, but I don't think she really had a direction.
