There's some things about Tamar's voice that I like over Bey's. But Beyonce is the better singer. She takes care of of voice and has constantly improved over the years

her endurance seems to have taken a hit, and she can't quite get up there like she used to. Especially after the baby ...  and her runs aren't as smooth and clean like they used to be. That tone be a little more harsh these days and she tries to growl her way through

she's also never been that believable for me, when doing ballads

Sometimes beyonce's vibrato sounds heavy..almost pulsating. I don't like that.

I can't think of anything else.
