Honestly, I wish Cardi would just start paying stuff!

You don't have to respond to EVERYTHING and EVERYBODY, sis!

I saw this last night.

Cardi shouldn't have responded, as that post literally could've been for anyone. I'd assume that it was for one of her comedic peers before I'd say Cardi. Like what would her beef be with her ? It would literally be the most random mess to ensue .

If Sommore wasn't talking to her, why didn't she clarify after Cardi responded? 

But you might be right that Sommore could have been using the song  & caption to shade someone else.

Fans are always hyping shit up!  The same way they run in artist's mentions to get them to see something.  And that's how beefs are getting started these days!

Cardi has to STOP lashing out at everyone who says something negative.  That's my only issue with her.  If you winning, then just win!

Her insecurity is part of her beauty though. I think it's a big reason people can relate.

That's why when Cards on here come for Nicki's insecurities rising to the surface it's like...but...   

I think Remy Ma is the chick that just knows she has it going on.

WELL, I think the difference is Cardi's insecurity is when people come for her.  And she lashes out trying to prove that she's a credible artist that worked for her spot.

Nicki's insecurity seems to be when other people are WINNING.  I think the same thing is happening to Nicki, though.  When a new chick starts buzzing, haters flood her mentions or are constantly @ing her like, "OH SHIT!  Nicki better watch out!"

And in return, she seems to start being bitchy toward those women.

That's my biggest issue with Nicki.

Someone winning could indeed be seen as "coming for me" just as a comment that doesn't even specify your name.

Especially when you have their fans screaming "new queen, bye nicki" as loud as they can.

You just defended Cardi whether you realize it or not.

"Oh, but her insecurity is different, it's limited edition".

It's insecurity. Period.

I'm simply saying that Cardi's insecurity is proving to people that come for her that she's WINNING.  "Hey!  Stop saying I just made it over night!  I worked hard for this!  I'm paying my mama's bills!"

And did I not say several times that's the one thing I don't like about Cardi? LOL 

Nicki let's fans rile her up to the point she starts beef with other women. 

And I don't fuck with that either.  Even moreso, because now she's taking her insecurity out on people who have done absolutely nothing to her.

And Cardi actually did exactly what the Cards laugh at Nicki about - which is going on and on about her own accomplishments. But the difference here, at least with me, is I never denied anyone their right to boast about their own teas. It was others here who argued that is a red flag of insecurity. So now that we have Cardi doing the same thing in response to comments that weren't even direct, I've noticed a shift in the narrative. But it's expected.

Afro, everything is not a debate . 

Just admit you cape and make excuses for Nicki's mess.
