So yeah, new music IS on the way. She didn't just sign with Roc Nation and S10 for them to manage her 5H career. Just like Camilla had her own management and launched out solo, so is Normani. And the other ladies will too. Doesn't mean she's leaving 5H. The ladies from Destiny's Child all went solo after Survivor and re-grouped to do a farewell album. 

Normani really cant be compared to the likes of Tinashe, Justine, Sevyn, etc. Normani has a much bigger following than they did. And if the music has crossover appeal, Normani is the type of artist that can crossover much easier. She has the white fans and the black fans. Her audience is bigger. So she has a greater chance for success than a nobody like Sevyn or Tinashe. Sevyn doesnt even have a budget; Normani will get a bigger push, easily. If she drops the ball, that's on her.
