She gets dragged here just like anyone else
no - there's a level of hatred for her that far exceeds other celebs on here

its unclear to me where it comes from...that's why i asked.

lol

so i guess we hate Janet, Mya, Beyonce, Ciara, Ameriiie and Kelly Rowland too.

Every female artist has had literally dozens (probably hundreds) of threads where they're picked apart, you've made a plethroa of them yourself. 2017 just happens to be Nicki's turn.
hgffgggddsdfgggghhhhhhh
He cant be serious

ya rock muh world.

where's this plethora of threads ive made about female artists tho?

sdsssssssssssssss

im not really fixated on any of them unless im worshiping one of them

"Nicki had the best verse on monster"

First of all, Jay is old and past his lyrical prime and Kanye is just a woke geek version of dr dre :dead:

She never went up with real lyrical juggernauts

I've rocked with most of your posts on Nicki, and I actually do see what you're saying.  But this is hating.

Ye and Jay (Jay especially) have had some pretty fire verses post-"Monster".
Kanye uses alot of ghostwriters. And most of his music is good because of his  raw concious message, but its not super lyrical to me. He's more of a producer/artist than an mc. Jay didnt even wanna sign kanye as a rapper cause he thought he was trash :dead:

Jay still wasnt in his prime, he can still rap of course Though but many years have passed. He's definetly not reasonable doubt/ blue print jay.

As much as I want to be unbiased, I really do see what you're saying.  And I never thought about it like that.

However, the verse is absolutely fire.

He didn't mean threads specifically
The whole bsource culture is 80% dragging artists as well as each other and we've ALL taken part of it, some years longer than others :dead:
Your just sensitive to it because it's Nicki, and I guess others feel it's weird because your going so hard for her and you really didn't start really taking up for her since "Shether" which was 3 months ago.

I just don't like that she's making this a gender issue.

"A man would never have to deal with these comparisons!"

Men deal with it all the time.  Especially in hip hop.  It's just the competitive nature of the genre.

Is Drake the new King?  Is Kendrick a better rapper than Jay?  Did Big Sean steal his flow from Luda... etc.  Cardi being compared to Nicki or whoever else is just how music is.

I think Nicki just gets upset about stuff and victimizes herself to express what she's feeling.
I get it but the public tends to pit women against one-another even more than they would with men. They?re really trying to END her which doesn?t happen with men. Dave East is definitely not happening btw.

Ain't nobody trying to end Nicki. LOL!  Cut the drama.  She just had a Top 10 on the Hot 100 and is still very booked & busy.  Don't let these battles on BSource cloud your perception of what's real.

Nicki's biggest hurdle is getting out of her own way and just delivering a great project.

She got into a rap battle that she lost and her music hasn't really been hitting.

But outside of that, the industry is not out to get her.
