I am staying optimistic and hoping that this ep is still coming and she discussed it in her interview with Vaughn.  Now if that interview is released and she doesnt mention music  then

I swear it's frustrating as a fan sometimes when you know a bitches potential. Brandy should've toured that 2/11 mess. It was the perfect time to tour too and she was booking shows, films. Like everything was perfect. Fuck sales because at the end of the day she's coined and that album only costed 700k to make.
