Do you have a loud AC unit or a Air purifier?  My neighbors are loud as hell too (Spanks and screams galore) so I put my AC on fan mode and then I blast a 10 hour thunderstorm youtube video with the speakers facing the wall.  I make sure my J/O friend comes around more often too so we can give em a taste of their own medicine.
