Tamar Braxton Upset Mother Revealed Husband?s Domestic Violence



Rumor has it, Tamar Braxton is not pleased with her mother Evelyn Braxton?s recent comments to the press about her divorce to husband Vincent Herbert

Last week, Evelyn alluded to photogs that Vincent had gotten physical with her daughter.

She stated,

"Keep his hands off of my child. Stop before he hurts her or kills her. I love him, but I don?t want him to kill my child. [It?s] as simple as that ? I think he needs to go and get counseling. I really and truly do, before someone gets killed."



According to reports, Tamar is upset that Evelyn said this publicly and because of this she refuses to film with her mother for their family reality show, Braxton Family Values.


We also hear that she refuses to speak to her mother and also skipped filming BFV this weekend. Tamar has yet to comment on whether or not their is tension with her mother.

I've read a lot of people saying Tamar's anger is "misplaced", but is it?  Evelyn didn't have to tell the world.  It's still a private matter and up to Tamar on how much she wants to share.

Iono I love Evelyn but she overstepped. How u so casually speaking on abuses that I've never mentioned or talked about publicly? Tamar should be able to dictate how her story is told and how much is told.  She isn't wrong here imo

I feel like this too.  But a lot of black people feel like you can't ever be mad at your mama.  Me included at times. 

But I do think Evelyn needed to keep that to herself.

I guess it's karma for all the times Tamar blasted personal information about her sisters over the years.

Yeah, but it's no different from Tamar airing out her sisters business like she has in the past. I'm sure they weren't excited about people knowing their shit either, but it's a crime when it's now being done to her and she didn't give a damn about doing it to them.

The family has definitely been comfortable with answering questions, etc. for TMZ and other outlets.

I can see why Tamar would be pissed off. Domestic abuse is something that tends to cut deep emotionally and some people rather deal with it in private before sharing it with the world. Not everything needs to be announced.

Ev's intentions were in the right place, but she just overstepped.

Like yall said black people have a habit of allowing Mama's, Daddy's, Uncles etc., say and do whatever due to age regardless of how it may effect the other person. I'm sure if Tamar was ready or wanted people to know Vincent was using her head as a door step she'd want to tel it her way.
