I don?t know she just started making excuses.. she claimed she didnt know Brandy until her brother had the FM cd when she was already a teenager. I heard The Boy Is Mine when I was 8 and I lived in the middle of nowhere in Europe.

I had heard Mariah Carey songs but I hadn't heard a full CD of hers until  charmbracelet. Just because u know someone doesn't meaan ur familiar with them.  And let's be forreal, brandy "the singer" is not something u get from her singles forreal, ESPECIALLY during NSN.

She was once danity kane got into full swing. When they initially picked her I was like
I didn't know her voice enough initially because once I heard her tone, she was instantly my favorite. And those fckn ADLIBS

She was my favorite too. I still don?t think she was/is ugly but her attitude has made her seem less attractive to me I guess..

Dawn never has had an attitude tho.  I think brandy fans put that on her imo but MEH! Dawn just wanted it to be clear that she wasn't as influenced by brandy as people were trying to throw on her and that's completely believable, I think.  Personally,  I like dawn's music better than Brandy's and I could understand how sum1 associating ur craft and artistry  with sum1 else could be annoying, so I always kinda got it

She was a straight up bitch for that and Brandy influenced her mess. Flat out.

I honestly don't hear brandy AT ALL musically.  dawns music>>>>>>
Vocally they have somewhat similar tones so I could understand that, but I don't agree

Dawn has her own style now, but I could definitely hear the Brandy influence in her earlier stuff.

BUT she didn't she literally made videos stanning for  brandy and human. Talking about how great she sings. I like alot of bitches but that doesn't mean they're my #1 influence. This is why I think it's stupid. What some of y'all are basically looking for her to say is everything I am is because of Brandy. If that ain't the case, then it ain't the case.

She EXPLICITALLY said I like Brandy and think she's dope. Y'all wanted her to have been a fan since the debut and were putting all these standards on when she HAD to have heard her.
