This argument at the beginning of the show :plzstop:
They literally documented everything leading up to this separation/divorce. I'm gonna be tuned in for every ep :nogrammynoneck:
omg.
That was intense.

I knew his weight loss was probably what put the cherry on top for them.

It's not uncommon for people to get a huge confidence boost and quite full of themselves once they've accomplished something like that. And it's totally understandable - nothing wrong with it. But Tamar already had her comments she'd make about other women looking at him when he weighed over 300 pounds, so now with a slimmer Vince I know it's 10x worse.
I agree. I think it's a combination of both of those things.  While the no skin removal argument is valid. I think she definitely has an ulterior motive for not wanting him to have it.  I watch those my 600LB life shows and that's such a common thing for all the spouses to feel.  You'll get small and either not want me or not need me. U can tell it's sumn Tamar is struggling with.  I don't even think she wanted him to lose weight tbh. Not asking this man how lean he's planning on getting :dead:
She even said sumn later in the show about focusing on us and family and not getting lost in getting skinny to her friends. She hates that this nigga lost weight :dead:
If we're cutting right into the reduced-calorie vanilla wafer pudding I'd say that she enjoyed being the slimmer, more in-shape one of the relationship. And even now, Vince is relatively small but he's not "slim". She's acting as if he's one diet or treadmill run away from death. :dead:

I just think that this is all just cutting into and amplifying some preexisting insecurities that Tamar never really took time to deal with. But I won't sit here and act like it's uncommon for a spouse or loved one to get a little jealous or worried once their partner gets all that newfound confidence and mess. Especially when it's a man. I'm moving to place the blame on her insecurities but who's to say that Vince hasn't had a direct hand in contributing to them himself over the years - considering all the tea that's been been spilled about his abuse, etc. Who knows.

I do also think she was genuinely worried about the surgery being harmful too though

Yea, hate her but I don't think she's solely to blame. And honestly, as her husband, he should be reassuring her and trying to help her put her insecurities at ease. Vince is actually very petty and childish. and because she's that way too, their arguments always blow tf up when all it takes is one of them being more mature and trying to de-escalate the situation.  Vince is the man, so I think that responsibility should be on him.  Instead he gets all petty and girly. Just divorce already, guys
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

I don't disagree with u but I just think she has other motives for not wanting him to have it. The reason that she's giving is definitely true and very valid

It's like watching siblings argue.  :plzstop:

In a way it's cute but it has such intense undertones to it. Like you can tell there's some deep rooted mess. Not just teasing each other.

I knew there'd be mess based on the comments in here before I clicked but I didn't expect to feel that uncomfortable as I watched it.

U didn't see this coming down the pipeline? That's the only reason I watched their show tbh. To watch him disrespect this bitch  :dead:
The way he treats her and these knock down drag out fights they've ALWAYS had made me think divorce for them was inevitable.  A couple of times during past seasons I couldn't understand how they were still together.  I'm pretty sure now that they've been broken for yrs. Tamar seems like a ride or die bitch imo. Her divorcing him is probably her at her wits end tbh

And low-key, I think Vince was irritated because he didn't wanna be there with all her gay friends
!!! Sssddd he pretty much said so

But for her to even WANT them to come along all the time, says a lot. She?s never been fully comfortable with this man :dead: it?s always a group trip
