He would honestly love to.  But I remember him telling me that Jamaica was SHOOK and blocking that opportunity.  She's very protective of Ci and only lets a few girls come in and get close.

Basically, she doesn't want to lose her job.  Even though she's like Frank at this point.  She's not creating steps.  She's overseeing the creative direction of the routines and putting her name on it.

Ci will just have to let her go one day.

I don't wanna share too much of what he told me, because that's messy.  But I hear Jamaica has a really nasty attitude as well.  And was doing some mess behind the scenes to block opportunities, because she felt threatened.  They kinda had some beef and I think part of her apology to him was letting him choreograph "I'm Out" and be in the video.

But as far as anyone stepping in to be Ci's new mess, it's unlikely unless Ci fires her.  When a lot of choreographers get old and out of touch, they stop really creating the steps.  Fatima did it for years.  They'll bring in younger choreographers and sit back and say, "Keep that!  Change that!  Get rid of that!"

And then slap their name on it.

Frank did that to Chris and JaQuel for years until Beyonc? finally just fired Frank.  And now hired Chris and JaQuel as her choreographers.
